Duties:

Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clientsRepresent clients in removal proceedings at the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration AppealsManage a caseload and maintain client interactionConduct intakes and interviews with detained individuals in detention centersPrepare various immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitionsReview and adjust immigration applications/packets as neededEngage with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community organizations on immigration law updatesConduct consultations with potential clients to determine strategic directionDevelop case strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for court/USCIS testimonyProvide legal analysis for clients to assess case benefitsPrepare and submit legal briefs for diverse immigration casesRequirements:

Demonstrated interest in immigration law (e.g., law school clinics, volunteer work, or internships)Ability to manage a caseload effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientationExperience with Case Management Software (preferred)Education:

Active bar admission (or recent law graduates awaiting admission)Skills:
