Indirect - Administrative/Clerical/Customer ServiceThis role, overseen by the Continuity of Care Department, offers operational, administrative, and technical support to Law Liaison and Assisted Outpatient Treatment programs. Responsibilities encompass administrative aid for staff and managers, client record filing, correspondence distribution, environmental and infection control reporting, SRT membership, and completing special tasks. Additional responsibilities might involve ordering supplies, managing financial resources like petty cash and bus passes, and overseeing the program's vehicle fleet and maintenance schedule.II) Essential Functions
Provides administrative and business support services to the Law Liaison and Assisted Outpatient Treatment programs, managing workflow to achieve positive outcomes.Supports Directors and Managers, distributes mail and faxes, and handles office management functions.Coordinates ordering, purchasing, and receiving supplies, including office, client records, central supplies, and furniture.Manages petty cash and maintains funds accurately per accounting policies.Develops and supports client record management, filing according to MHMR procedures and program needs.Assists in client registrations and scheduling appointments in Avatar as needed.Serves as Safety Response Team (SRT) member, maintaining the All-Hazard Plan Binder, and completing safety reports.Coordinates quarterly safety drills, maintains PAR employee list, and manages the vehicle fleet.Coordinates vehicle maintenance, safety, insurance items, and travel logs as per MHMRTC policies.Completes special projects and follows management direction for workflow optimization across program locations.Performance standards are performed as applicable with MHMR’s We CARE values “We Connect People in Our Community. All staff are required to participate in agency Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Safety programs and may be assigned by their department as a key/essential staff level function during critical events or for the purpose of sustaining business continuity.This position may require temporary or permanent re-assignment to any MHMR Tarrant facility as determined by program needs and/or the Division/Director.Assigned work hours may change as the needs of the agency change.The Functional Title of this position may change as the needs of the agency change.All work will be completed within the scheduled work hours. All non-exempt (hourly) employees are expected to clock in and clock out for each work shift; no work should be done off the clock.MHMR reserves the right to change, add to, or eliminate positions as it deems appropriate.Employment is at will, as well as agency needs may change.Agency dress code is to be followed at all times.Physical on-site presence, including regular attendance and punctuality, is an essential function of this position.
