Minimum of 6 years experience in managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate law.Extensive knowledge of real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in real estate investment structuring.Prior experience with a top-tier law firm, ideally within the AmLaw 100.Licensed to practice law in Texas.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.Skills:
Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Sound business judgment and effective decision-making abilities.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
