LINES OF AUTHORITY: This position is supervised by the Chief Executive Officer.

POSITION SUMMARY: The position is expected to comply with the minimum standards of production as established by administration.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates MMHC Board of Directors meetings; prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes; maintains agenda/minutes/confidential reports binder; facilitates communication with Board members as needed.Is responsible for coordination and completion of sponsoring employer paperwork for J-1 Visa Waiver and H1-B Petition Physicians.Initiates, prepares, and submits facility related license applications to the applicable state or county department; maintains the license files and related communication.Initiates, prepares and submits applications for medication benefit administration as relates to the medical staff.Initiates, prepares and submits AHCCCS provider # applications; maintains the AHCCCS files.Acts as a check signer on authorized MMHC bank accounts.Prepares and submits RFPs for various contracts.Maintains the contents and inventory of the Safe Deposit Box.Reports to insurance company all claims; requests Certificates of Insurance as needed.Provides customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.Participates in the Performance Improvement Processes in the Clinic.The employee must work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. The employee shall, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.Performs other duties as assigned.
