Trial Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a dynamic Trial Attorney to join its team. The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, taking depositions, preparing for trials, and actively participating in litigation strategy and settlement negotiations.
