Responsibilities: Own all marketing KPIs and regularly report on performance for leadership and the board. Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company OKRs, and align the marketing team's strategy with these goals. Develop and execute on a hiring plan to build a world-class marketing team. Train, develop and retain marketing team members. Manage and forecast the department budget and other resource needs. Create compelling content strategy for our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns across different teams. Oversee strong GTM plans for new product and feature launches. Lead the creation of impactful marketing content including webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers, and videos. Develop and oversee execution of demand generation strategies that will hit our targets for qualified leads and pipeline. Sign off on brand and marketing design, ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines, values, and business goals. Qualifications: 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, with a strong background in product marketing. Trackable records in database for production-ready AI. Bonus if you have experience in open source, developer-focused products. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
