Overview:The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for enhancing BlueSprig's ability to scale profitably as it grows in both size and complexity. He/she will coordinate and deliver comprehensive, high-quality, and efficient ABA services, driving key operational and client satisfaction metrics and consistently meeting or exceeding budget goals. He/she leads expansion into new markets and service lines and will partner with the CEO and executive team on M&A and business transformation initiatives.Responsibilities:P&L Ownership / Field OperationsAchieve strong financial performance (revenue and EBITDA) that meets or exceeds targetsEnhance operational controls, administrative procedures, and reporting systems to support field operations' growth and efficiencyEnsure optimal operating efficiency, provider productivity, and compliance across all locations, maintaining high clinical standards and improving access to careDrive continuous improvement in service delivery to enhance the quality of care for children with Autism Spectrum DisorderBusiness Transformation InitiativesIn coordination with the rest of the leadership team and KKR, oversee various initiatives related to culture, clinical quality, access to care, provider recruiting, process optimization and centralization, and analytics, and continue to enhance a culture of openness and collaborationConsistently measure, track, and improve operations, including service mix, service volumes, patient compliance, revenue/reimbursement, staffing, procurement, and other direct expense levels, service quality levels, and the satisfaction of patients, employees, and referring physicians, and recommend business enhancementsMerger IntegrationAchieve merger synergies via process standardization and improvements, best practice sharing, as well as culture building and retentionCentralized SchedulingContinue implementation and operationalization of centralized scheduling processes to optimize resource allocation, enhance operational efficiency, and improve patient and clinician satisfactionEstablish and maintain optimal operational and business processes to meet labor, revenue, and profit targets effectivelyTalent ManagementContinue to improve retentionEnsure position and operational responsibility, authority, and accountability are well-defined and understood at all levelsDevelop policies to promote employee development, management succession, and performance improvement for all critical roles with input from the leadership teamHold teams accountable for developing plans to meet targets and monitor results closely with a constant emphasis on incremental improvementCapex ManagementOptimize Capex efficiency and footprintPlan and manage expansion and renovation of sites as well as support de-novo site planning and developmentQualifications:Education/Experience:
