As a dynamic and expanding organization, they are looking for a strategic, results-oriented leader who will play a pivotal role in scaling operations and driving continued growth. The COO will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while also identifying growth opportunities. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the future of the company by establishing scalable systems and processes that will support the company's expansion and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and align with overall business goals.Oversee daily operations of moving and relocation services, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the executive team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all operational departments to drive business expansion.Manage logistics, supply chain, and resource allocation, ensuring scalability to meet increasing demand.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and support company growth.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.Develop and manage budgets, with a focus on cost control and resource optimization to support growth initiatives.Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and support expansion.Act as a key liaison between operational teams and senior management to ensure alignment on company growth strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a COO, Operations Manager, or senior operational leader in a moving, relocation, logistics, or similar high-growth industry.Strong background in operations management, logistics, supply chain, and process optimization, with a focus on scalability.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive performance.In-depth knowledge of business operations, financial management, and performance metrics.Proven track record of supporting and leading company growth through operational improvements and strategic initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
