HourlyEssential Job Functions:Responsible to provide test security, ensures respect for student information and student confidentiality.Comply with all testing procedures, practices and policies.Responsible for tracking candidates admitted to testing, in accordance with secure check-in procedures, and monitor attendance continuously throughout the entire exam session.Comply with all applicable legal requirements relating to the activities of contracted and ADA related matters.Function effectively indoors in a classroom environment and engage in work of primarily a sedentary nature with the ability to sit or stand at workstation for extended periods.Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge:1. Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.2. English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.Skills:1. Active Listening - Proficient skills in giving full attention to what other people are saying.2. Critical Thinking - Basic skills in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.3. Reading Comprehension - Proficient understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.4. Speaking - Proficient skills in talking to others to convey information effectively.5. Judgment and Decision Making - Proficient skills in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.6. Monitoring - Basic skills in monitoring / assessing performance.Abilities:1. Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.2. Inductive Reasoning - The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.3. Deductive Reasoning - The ability to apply general rules to specific problems.Physical Requirements:1. Near Vision - Must be able to see details at close range.2. Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.3. Speech Clarity - Must be able to speak clearly so others can understand you.4. May be required to work nights or weekends.5. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.Required Education:
