in the
Advanced Cleans & Slurry Technologies (ACST)
business. DuPont ACST, a leader in the wet fabrication solutions for semiconductor industry, develops cleaning solutions and slurries for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). While offering top-quality solutions for post-etch & post-CMP cleans and CMP slurries, DuPont ACST is actively advancing projects on selective etchants and EUV related cleaning technologies.We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Technical Sales Manager to expand DuPont ACST’s presence at semiconductor fabs across South East Asia. This role entails managing the day-to-day technical and sales engagement with the fab customers, collaborating with internal R&D and Marketing functions and gaining understanding of the customers’ requirements and roadmap. The successful candidate will introduce new products, validate value propositions and optimize supply chain and logistics to provide cost-effective solutions for the customers. With a first-hand understanding of the semiconductor industry and the ability to connect customers’ unmet needs with DuPont’s offerings in cleans, slurries and etchants products, the Technical Sales Manager will work to create win/win situation for both customers and DuPont.RESPONSIBILITIESChampion customer advocacy, representing their needs within DuPont.Build and maintain strong relationship with customers across various levels and functions including Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality.Identify and address customers’ needs with DuPont’s cleans, slurries and etchants products.On-site qualification support of slurries and cleaning chemicals at customer sites.Acquire in-depth knowledge of DuPont’s cleans, slurries and etchants products and stay current with technological advancements.Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.Collaborate closely with internal DuPont teams including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation, Quality, R&D and Marketing.Manage and own customer communications on behalf of DuPont.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in science and engineering, preferably in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of technical or commercial experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in wet cleans, wet etchants, or CMP slurries (sales experience is not a prerequisite for this role).Hands-on experience in commercial CMP polisher is highly desired.Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and network with peers.Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders to create mutual value.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
