Financial Planning and Analysis ManagerLHH is conducting a search for a hands-on Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The role is with a growing, 300 employee manufacturing company in the Cranbury, NJ area. This is an excellent newly created direct hire position which is open due company growth (2 acquisitions in the past year).Experience in the Manufacturing Industry, including an understanding of costing, inventory, etc. is required.A Day in the LifeThis is a hands-on role and requires someone with a strong background with FP&A in a manufacturing environment. This is a consolidations focused position and will be responsible for analysis and financial consolidations of 10+ manufacturing facilities across the US. Experience with experience with absorption, production variances, yields, etc. is necessary for this role.You will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and reporting of the business, including primary responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting functions, coordinating and partnering with leaders across the organization. You will work closely with plant controllers on their respective budgets as well.Job RequirementsYou possess:At least 5-7+ years relevant, stable FP&A experienceExperience with FP&A functions in a manufacturing environment is required.Knowledge of cost accounting functions, including standard costing, production variances, etc. is needed for this role.Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationIn depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including financial statement prepStrong systems experience, including ERP systems, Hyperion, consolidations software.A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceTech savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including demonstrable expertise with ExcelSalary: $130-150,000Bonus: Eligible, discretionaryLocation: Cranbury, NJ
