District 19 Community Service Board - Director of Recovery and Prevention

District 19 Community Service Board is seeking a Director of Recovery and Prevention Services responsible for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Prevention Services. Services include SUD Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Case Management (CM), Peer Services, Project Link, Jail Services, and Prevention services/outreach.The Director will assure the effective delivery of SUD and Prevention related services to citizens residing in the nine localities served by District 19 CSB. Responsibilities include:Providing effective person-centered services.Maximizing revenue capacity of programs.Promoting ongoing consumer satisfaction.Exercising sound judgment and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Sustaining cooperative working relationships with District 19 personnel and external partners.Working closely with the Executive Director to improve and develop programs and services.Supervising and overseeing all clinic and program managers in the Recovery and Prevention Services Department.Minimum Requirements:Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMHP, LSATP, LCSW, LPC) required.Master's degree in a human services field.Previous experience providing supervision and program management.Experience in clinical, supervisory, and administrative behavioral healthcare with knowledge of SUD, recovery, and prevention related services.Preferred Qualifications:Considerable knowledge of human services administration, business administration, strategic planning, and quality improvement methodologies.Position Details:Grade: C14Starting Salary: $102,466 (negotiable)Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pmBenefits include health insurance, a company-sponsored retirement plan through Virginia Retirement System, paid sick, annual, and holiday leave (including birthday leave).District 19 Community Service Board is a qualifying employer for public service loan forgiveness (PSLF).
