District 19 Community Services Board (CSB) is seeking a qualified professional to work as the Housing Manager for the Transitional Living program (Ellis Square) and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program.
Essential duties of this position are: To oversee and support efficient comprehensive and effective services at Ellis Square, a transitional independent living program for adults with Serious Mental Illness and Permanent Support Housing,a mandatory program created to address housing instability in Virginia
Reviews exception and activity reports monthly to address documentation concerns. Oversees system of referrals, placements, and evictions Ensures new and existing staff are educated on agency and program policies. Stay abreast of policy changes to disseminate to direct reports as needed. Complies and ensures direct reports comply with established regulation and policies surrounding consumer services and documentation of service delivery. Conducts staff meetings to ensure overall operation and service delivery is met. Provides clinical supervision to licensed eligible direct reports when possible and as needed. Holds all staff accountable for timely recording all documentation in (EHR).
Must be licensed by State Dept. of Health Professionals (i.e. LCSW, LPC and LMFT).
Demonstrated experience in administrative and clinical supervision, experience in delivery of direct clinical services. Previous experience providing supervision. At least 2 years of previous clinical supervisory experience.
Must have at least three years experience in the provision of mental health services to adults with serious mental illness.
Must be able to travel to other clinic sites and attend committees/meetings that may be out of area. Must be available to address urgent issues after business hours if the need arises.
Position requires a Valid Driver's license in state of residence with a point balance of -6 or higher, pre-employment extensive background check and drug screening.
This is a Grade C12 salaried position. Starting salary is $72,818.00. Salary is Negotiable.
