Mid Bronx Housing Manager
Responsible for the preparation and submission of HUD: monthly voucher.
Responsible for tenant recertification and review of all continued Occupancy forms.
Prepare of the Annual Apartment Registration Forms as it pertains to the respective building that he manages.
Ensure that any issues identified in the submitted voucher are corrected and resubmitted on a timely basis.
Supervise the collection or rent, prepare rental breakdown for all tenants in arrears and follow through with legal proceeding for tenants with two months of outstanding rent.
Interviews collect required documentation files for approved and orient prospective tenants. Show them Apartment and prepare the initial leases.
Prepare and maintains all required housing reports, annual recertification, annual apartment registration, monthly rent rolls, weekly vacancy and legal reports for his specific buildings.
Must have at least 2-3 years of housing manager’s experience with a BA.
