RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new leadsConduct on-site visits and assessments to evaluate clients' HVAC needsProvide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase HVAC products and servicesPrepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirementsNegotiate pricing and contractual agreements with the clients to close sales dealsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project executionStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developmentsAttend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional network and identify business opportunitiesAchieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organizationWork with customers to plan and forecast salesDevelop a trusted business advisor relationship with customersTechnical Assistance
Assist customers with technical questions or issues related to HVAC productsRefer complex technical inquiries to TSAAdministrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM softwareAssist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and phone/email correspondenceBENEFITS

Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computers and different software programsMust be able to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items up to 75 poundsWillingness to travelAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentConsistently work to promote company growthMaintain a valid driver’s licensePreferred
2 + years of experience in B2B salesProficiency in CRM softwareDesired
