If you're an enthusiastic team player who thrives in an environment where communication, creativity, and cooperation are encouraged, this may just be the opportunity for you.About the Opportunity:The successful ticket office agent will provide a variety of support and assist in various ticket sales and functions ensuring continuous guest satisfaction while maximizing sales.About You:This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Sales & Guest ServicePromote maximum revenue attainment by performing transactions with efficiencyEnsure accuracy in transactions while monitoring product capacitiesEnsure that every guest is greeted warmly when approaching the ticket boothAnswer questions regarding product, price, duration, etc. with expertise and patiencePrepared to work during submitted availability and scheduled timeMaintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standardsAttend applicable meetings and training sessions as designated or necessaryAdditional job duties as assignedRequirements & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalency preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageMinimum of one (1) year guest service experience preferredCash handling experience a plusAble to communicate effectively in oral and written formMust be organized and detail-orientedAble to handle multiple tasks/projects at one timeAble to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsListen effectively, assess the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutionsMust be energetic and upbeatMust be self-motivatedMust be available for work on all major holidays throughout employment this includes, but is not limited to, Memorial Day weekend, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Air and Water Show, etc.The RESPECT Service System
