Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Assist the Company President in managing his calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and expense tracking.Prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda creation, material preparation, and follow-up actions. Travel may be required periodically.Support off-premise tasks as directed by the company president.Communication and Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison between the company president and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications, inquiries, and requests on their behalf.Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Company President.Operational Support:
Assist in optimizing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and information flow.Help monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the Company President.
