This current recruitment is for a Division Manager in the
Children's Services
branch. Children's Services is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of children and youth in our community who face risks of abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation through a range of programs and services.
This role will include supervising and evaluating performance of personnel, coordinating communications between administrators, staff and other departments, monitoring and measuring services for progress and effectiveness, developing recommendations for service improvement, implementing new services and programs, designing and delivering staff training and materials to support staff's success and participating in the development and preparation of the annual budget for the assigned division.
