Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for the financial planning process and managing of profitability for our Entertainment and XH businesses. The team is seeking a highly motivated, analytical thinker to model and analyze future growth opportunities and partner closely with business leads to support Forecast, Budget, and LRP.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Analyzes the ongoing profitability of all new businesses and/or programs entered into by the Company.Partner with leadership on financial management and decision making for new products and services.Conducts and documents moderate-to-complex financial analysis, business analysis and profitability and cost analysis projects and presents to senior management. Analyzes significant variances from planned or forecasted results in order to provide interpretations and recommendations to management.Supervises, coaches, develops and prioritizes the workflow for Senior Financial Analyst and team members assigned to project teams.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Employees at all levels are expected to:
