FiberFirst is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager in Georgetown, TX to oversee and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, support local events, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a proven track record executing successful marketing initiatives.

Create, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, incorporating print, digital, social, and local advertising to promote telecom products and services.Develop and manage targeted direct mail campaigns to generate leads and engage potential customers, while executing grassroots marketing efforts using door hangers, yard signs, and local advertising to increase brand presence.Coordinate billboard placements and print advertisements to increase visibility and develop marketing materials such as brochures and guides to support sales and enhance customer experience.Promoting and executing outstanding local events to generate awareness and interestLead marketing initiatives for new product launches to ensure successful market penetration, while managing brand positioning and messaging across all platforms to maintain a consistent, positive image.Develop customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, personalized communication, and offers to reduce churn and enhance customer relationships.Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, and manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and resource allocation. Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to optimize strategies, measure ROI, and report on KPIs.Support PR efforts, including media relations and partnerships with community organizations and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and engage with local communities.Oversee the creation and distribution of branded merchandise to promote customer loyalty and company visibility.Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure cohesive and visually impactful marketing materials that align with the brand strategy.Education and / or Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.Minimum of 3+ years of diverse Marketing experience (Telecommunications experience is a plus)Required Skills / Abilities:
Graphic design experience, including Adobe Suite and Canva is a plusAbility to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays as required to attend events and meet community needsA willingness to be hands-on, actively engaging with the community.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Resilient to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, marketing, and project management toolsPhysical Requirements:
