Job Summary:
As the Content Manager, Global Communications, you will be responsible for crafting and sharing the brand's narrative globally. You will collaborate with regional teams to identify compelling stories that resonate with customers and brand partners, ensuring alignment with the global strategy. You will also lead and mentor a team of content creators, guiding them to produce high-quality, strategically aligned content.Essential Functions:Global Content Strategy:Develop, implement and execute on a global content marketing strategy that supports business goals and regional needs.Collaborate with regional teams to create locally resonant stories while maintaining global brand consistency.Manage global content calendars and global social media channels, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content across all markets.
Market Collaboration:Partner with market leaders to understand local trends, customer behaviors, and communication preferences.Tailor content for individual markets while maintaining a unified brand voice.Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions to ensure the implementation of global best practices.
Content Creation and Management:Write, edit, and optimize content for platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and more.Collaborate with creative professionals to produce multimedia content that appeals to diverse audiences.
Team Leadership:Lead a communication specialist, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-quality content delivery.Oversee team development and foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.Assign tasks aligned with the global content strategy and ensure deadlines are met.
Storytelling and Brand Alignment:Identify and develop key stories that highlight the brand's mission, values, and impact.Create content that engages both customers and brand partners to enhance brand reputation and influence.Maintain a consistent brand narrative across all channels and regions.
Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze global content performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.Provide regular reports on content marketing efforts with actionable insights for improvement.Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and impact.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.Work with regional content creators and global communications staff to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.5+ years of experience in global content marketing or a similar role, with team management experience.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills from a global perspective.Experience working with international markets and understanding cultural nuances.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:Experience in leading cross-functional global teams.Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.
Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee's manager.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
