Staff Accountant
Overview:

In this role, you'll play an essential part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting month-end closing, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:Play a pivotal role in the month-end close process by preparing accurate journal entries and performing thorough account reconciliations.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a timely basis, investigating and resolving outstanding items each month.
Participate in the implementation and integration of our ERP system to streamline our financial operations.
Manage key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, credit policies, fixed assets, and general ledger transactions, ensuring our financial records are always up to date.
Support the completion of month, quarter, and year-end closing requirements, including journal entries and general account analysis.
Contribute to special projects and assignments as directed by management to drive improvements and efficiencies across the department.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with opportunities to make a real impact on the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing environments.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a talent for handling detail-oriented tasks and reviewing financial documents with precision.
Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to managing sensitive information professionally.
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels, including executive team members.
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a preferred qualification
