We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support the Human Resources department and encourage continuous improvement!

What You'll Do:Administer various human resources plans, policies, and procedures for all company personnelPeriodically review handbook and policies and procedures manual and suggest changes as necessaryAssist with administering compensation programMonitor performance evaluation programParticipate in developing department goals, objectives, and systemsMaintain and update Job Expectations for all employeesHandle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewingProcess all benefit enrollment paperwork, complete adds/drops/changes.Oversee HRIS in relation to unemployment filings, garnishments issues, etc.Process all status changes, rate changes, and employee evaluations.Plan and organize company events and mandatory company meetingsServe as Recruiter including, reviewing, pre-screening and interviewing candidatesAdvise and lead employees on various safety-related topicsPrepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basisReview existing policies and proceduresSet up new employee on-boarding process for safety with HRIdentify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutionsPrepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causesWho You Are:
