Manage the hiring process from job postings through onboarding. Participate in job fairs and strengthen local recruitment connections.Employee Engagement:
Organize team-building activities and provide feedback on engagement and retention strategies.Benefits Administration:
Oversee benefits programs, assist with leave requests, and ensure ADA, FMLA, and other compliance.Career Development:
Support performance management, resolve employee issues, and assist with job descriptions and career path planning.Training & Compliance:
Conduct training on safety, diversity, and harassment.
