Job Summary

Primarily responsible for design, implementation, maintenance and repair of the server, voice and related video communication systems and networks including call centers and control centers. Provides technical support of the voice network, circuits and Enterprise Unified Communications with related voice and video systems.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING Bachelor's degree in a field related to computer hardware, software, or information systems.

Preferred IT related professional certifications such as but not limited to: CCIE Collaboration certification (or similar) CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Linux+ CompTIA Security+ VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

EXPERIENCE

Eight (8) years directly related work experience with Enterprise Unified Communications including but not limited to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCCX), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), design and implementation of telecommunication systems including network and server related components.

Eight (8) years' experience with telecommunication carriers, associated circuits IE. PRI's, Analog and SIP provisioning.

Eight (8) years' experience with Call Routing, SIP, Qos, VOIP, TCP/IP.

Four (4) years of directly related work experience administering virtual servers such as VMWare ESX.

Experience with copper cross connects, 66 blocks and 110 blocks. Experience with low voltage infrastructure cabling. Project management experience preferred. Self-driven and motivated to learn the skills needed to perform the duties of the job, included but not limited to 3rd party systems that are integrated in Unified Communications. Experience managing, integrating, and supporting 3rd party platforms. Knowledge/Skills:

Must be able to pass BCI, FBI, and UCJIS background check.

This job requires regular and predictable attendance.

Pay Rate:
