Head of Partnerships
to secure top-tier venue deals, collaborate with local vendors, and elevate our event offerings.
The Role:
We’re searching for a strategic and relationship-driven Head of Partnerships to secure exclusive venues, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate with vendors to enhance the Base member experience effectively and efficiently. This role will lead partnership strategy development, form connections with local businesses in various markets, and support the delivery of Base's luxury events.
Your responsibilities include…
Securing Venue Partnerships:
Cultivate strong relationships with venue owners to secure exclusive locations for events, ensuring access to premium spaces within budgets.
Collaborating with Vendors:
Partner with local businesses to secure donated goods and services that elevate the member experience.
Securing Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and negotiate partnerships that align with Base’s mission of fostering meaningful connections.
Negotiating and Managing Relationships:
Leverage negotiation skills to form cost-efficient, long-term partnerships.
Developing a Strategy:
Lead the creation of a partnership strategy that supports Base’s growth and enhances member experiences.
Supporting Events:
Collaborate with partners to co-host unique, premium events that reflect Base’s luxury brand.
Exploring
Merchandising & Revenue Opportunities:
Explore merchandise and product placement opportunities that generate revenue and align with Base’s brand ethos.

In this role, you should expect to be offered:Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
