You'll work virtually alongside our current Program Manager, overseeing daily operations such as client and guide communications, scheduling, permit applications, and managing website/social content.About You2-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or customer supportExcellent communication skills across phone, text, and emailProficiency in project management, communications, and marketing softwareDetail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple tasks effectivelyExperience working in virtual team environments preferredFull-time availability, willing to work with limited time off from November to April.Passion for the outdoors, with experience in backcountry skiing and/or climbingResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth program operationsContinuously assess and prioritize operational tasksCollaborate with the office team for seamless 24/7, 365-day operationsDevelop and implement efficient systems and processesUtilize operations tools such as Slack, Asana, G-Suite, Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, and AirtableCompany culture focused on working hard and playing hard in the mountainsFlexible, remote schedule for qualified applicants, especially during summer and fallFree avalanche, backcountry skiing, and climbing courses and adventuresIndustry discounts from brand and local business partners
