LEAH Program Manager

will be independently responsible for managing all aspects of the program and operations of the University of Washington Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) training grant as well as managing division level educational outreach and research projects. This position must make independent, professional judgments based on the policies from the Department and the School of Medicine Dean’s Office.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Operations

Exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying program procedures and federal grant regulations.Manage the annual and progress report process through the Federal Agency Sponsor Website.Plan, manage and execute two annual events: annual trainee orientation event and end of year celebration and presentation day.Oversee administration of EDI taskforce meetings.Manage LEAH reimbursements for speakers through the UW Workday system.

LEAH Program Management

Oversee all program aspects of LEAH Curriculum for weekly seminar.Build relationships with LEAH faculty leads, Directors and instructors.Manage administrative needs of Teen and Parent Advisory Board (TPAB) support.

LEAH Program Development

Schedule and attend quarterly meetings with LEAH WA DOH partners.Serve as liaison between community partners and LEAH directors and faculty.

Adolescent Medicine Division Program Management

Create and facilitate community engagement events related to adolescent health.Manage recurring research faculty meeting series.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare or equivalent experience.3 years' experience in program operations in complex organizations.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSStrong computer skills, including proficiency in using Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.Demonstrates attention to customer service providing timely and accurate administrative support to faculty.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSMPH or Masters Degree in Healthcare related field.Experience managing research projects or grants.Application Process:
