AMBULATORY NURSING PROGRAM OPERATIONS ANALYST .WORK SCHEDULE:100% FTEM-F, Days100% OnsitePOSITION HIGHLIGHTS:Serve as Co-Ambassador on the Ambulatory Recognition Committee, coordinating division-wide staff recognition events and procuring gifts.Provide essential operational support to the Ambulatory Network across UWMC Montlake and Northwest Campuses.Work closely with the Ambulatory Care Leadership team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain compliance for Montlake and Northwest Medical Assistant licenses, including renewal, check requests, payment, and manager notifications for expirations.Monitor compliance for Montlake RN, OT, PT, and Cardiac Tech licenses.Conduct monthly audits from ACD and service lines.Manage Outlook, Roosevelt Conference Room calendars, and telemedicine scheduling.Approve Pro Card and Non-PO invoicing.Oversee access to common areas and badge reader systems.Assist with calendaring for the Director of Nursing and support nursing education events and activities, including taking meeting minutes.Process continuing education requests and reimbursements for Registered Nurses, as well as professional dues.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree.AND at least two to three years of healthcare operations experience.An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and written information to support effective, independent decision-making.Highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office suite; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs.ABOUT UW MEDICAL CENTER-MONTLAKE:
