Responsibilities include:Ensure automation capabilities function properly in ServiceNowTroubleshoot and escalate automation breaks when necessaryManage content for over high volume tools (in ServiceNow)Assist audit team with audit discrepancies for immediate resolutionProvide technical configuration requirements for technical team to perform ServiceNow enhancementsWork consistently with cross-functional teams when onboarding new tools/systems into ServiceNowWork closely with PMO to ensure access requests meet client policies and complianceMaintain internal process document and templatesManage Project SharePoint access requestsMinimum skills and qualifications:ServiceNow Tools Administrator: BeginnerSecurity Compliance Operations: BeginnerMicrosoft SharePoint Administration: BeginnerCommunications Development and Delivery: AdvanceBusiness Operations Management: BeginnerPreferred skills and qualifications:High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience0-2 years of administrative support or project coordination experience on government contracts
