Full-Time/RegularThe Administration Manager will support the Administrative Sciences department at Metropolitan College. They will support faculty and student-centered initiatives such as academic advising, financial services, and information about any of the Administrative Sciences programs. The Administration Manager will support the department with data analysis, the creation of spreadsheets, data dashboards, maintaining the department's website, including but not limited to updating news and events, keeping the faculty bios, CVs, research and publications current, as well as additional administrative tasks as required by the department such as special projects to support the department chair.Required Skills
Computer literacy: Operate all basic functions. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerBI, and data analytics programs such as Excel for Business, SPSS, Python, etc.Data Analytics: Ability to interpret data and create dashboards, create presentation slides with specific charts, graphs as requested. Requires in-depth knowledge of data analytics and broader understanding of problem identification and quantification.Website design/updates: Ability to update department website with events, faculty spotlights, and other updates as requested.SEO/Digital Marketing Skills: Understand and recommend program-specific SEO and digital marketing techniques to increase online exposure for program enrollment and department events.Education: BA/BS required, in the areas of business, computer science, data analytics, or marketing.
