With more than 20 years in the dynamic world of aviation, Bulgaria Air continues to fulfill its mission of providing air transport under the best conditions for its passengers.We are currently expanding our team and you are invited for the challenging and rewarding role of Cargo Operations Manager.If aviation is your deep passion and you know it from the inside out, apply now and give flying development to your career!Here you will have the opportunity to gain experience and expand your expertise reaching new heights.As a Cargo Operations Manager, you will be the engine of our commercial strategy with a critical role in researching the cargo transportation market and preparing price lists for cargo and mail transportation for the destinations on which the airline operates as scheduled routes.Main Responsibilities:Conduct the commercial policy of the airline regarding the carriage of cargo and mail.Control the work of cargo agents, prepare proposals for signing new agency contracts, and monitor their implementation.Monitor the timely provision of the necessary documents and supplies related to cargo transportation and promptly request them for delivery and distribution for the needs of cargo agents.Competencies and Qualifications Required:Knowledge of the regulatory framework related to the transportation of cargo and mail by air transport.Familiarity with the functional duties of the offices directly involved in the cargo and mail service process.University degree in Aviation Management, International Economic Relations, or Tourism.Proficiency in written and spoken English for negotiations and correspondence.Minimum 5 years of experience in a position related to freight transport.Other Qualifications (an advantage):Specialized courses in IATA centers or in centers licensed by DG GVA.Specialized courses on the transportation of dangerous goods, Dangerous Goods – Category 6.Specialized courses in cargo handling, Safety Management Systems for Cargo Operations Staff.EASA (EC) Regulation 965/2012.Cargo pricing courses.We are offering:Challenging job.Development opportunity.Dynamic and friendly work environment.Being part of a highly motivated team of professionals.Standard working hours (Monday – Friday).Free parking.Free/Discounted tickets.Corporate discounts.Office with the best view.If you are interested in this position and fit the requirements, send us your CV.
