is responsible for leading Operations & Investor experience across DLP Funds. This requires driving internal execution, collaboration, empowerment, and clear ownership. This role is a leader of the investor-facing functions of DLP Capital, including investor relations and investor experience. This leader, drives the acceleration of the DLP Capital flywheel and drives ownership and accountability in the investor relations team.What you have already achieved: (Requirements)7-10 years preferred in Investor Relations experience within private equity or fund management.Experience working with asset managers, family offices, and financial institutionsStrong communication, problem solving, and client service skillsResourceful and collaborative with ability to leverage resources across the functionSharp, confident multi-tasker who is flexible, proactive and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment.CRM and database management; preferably experience with HubSpotTeam-oriented with excellent collaboration skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to autonomously lead teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively, showcasing strong project management skills and monitoring capabilities.Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.What you are great at: (Responsibilities)Become expert in EESLead implementation and improvement of all investor relations processes, including for investor prospecting, onboarding, reporting and alignmentLead tech stack utilizationServe as business unit partner for marketing teamProtect the organization from internal and external threats and risksDefine, manage and implement the investor journey, focusing on delivering an outstanding and personalized investor experienceImplement data tracking across the investor relations department, including CRM tracking, pipeline activity, capital raising and team activity trackingPut in place and monitor all ISM and ISA activity (calls, conversions, successes) and build out automatic reporting through technologyOversee and drive investor reporting, including quarterly fund reports, monthly lending fund reports, annual fund reports; quarterly fund presentation (webinars), and asset level summaries and quarterly updatesLead hiring and overall talent plan in partnership with people departmentLead development and full implementation of Sales Enablement toolsLead ongoing training of the investor relationship teamLead the development & implementation & ongoing compliance of our servicing guidelines- Alignment meetings and communication standards with each investorPresent Data w/ analysis & solutions to President/CEO consistentlyLead Project managementMonthly Presentation to CEO on Business PerformanceWhat You’re Motivated By:Making an impact.
