The purpose of this job is to lead culinary operations in all areas of a unit ensuring on trend, efficient, safe and sanitary food production. You will be responsible for menu development, inventory, purchasing, food cost controls and staff management and development.Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all culinary aspects relating to Food Hall & Cafe OperationsDevelops high culinary standards for our dining and Food Hall OperationsCreates and continually updates all menu programming based on market trends, seasonality and in unit marketing promotionsResponsible for culinary staff scheduling based on participation & high-volume service periodsParticipates in management and client meetings pertaining to business plans and unit operationsTrains, develops and provides inspirational leadership to local culinary teamLeads Corporate Social Responsibility, food seasonality, health/wellness and high-quality culinary arts on campusAnalyzes ongoing performance and trends in the local operation and devises and leads improvementsDemonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and can explain them to customers accuratelyMaintains and analyzes budgetary requirements related to product cost and inventoryResponsible for strong HACCP, Food and Safety programsPreferred Qualifications:
