When you choose to work with them, you’re selecting a partner dedicated to fighting for justice and ensuring your voice is heard.This position will be involved in all aspects of employment litigation and advice and counsel matters.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepresent employers in court, arbitration, before administrative agencies and at mediations on class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour matters.Familiarity with FEHA cases.Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.Draft and argue motions.Ability to take and defend depositions.Provide employment counseling on federal and state employment laws, when needed.Knowledge, Skills, and Educational RequirementsJD from Accredited Law School.Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar.Should possess at least 2+ years of employment litigation experience.Proven experience in employment law, with a track record of successful case outcomes.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Passion for advocating for employees' rights.Candidates should have relevant employment law experience;
however, we will consider first-year attorneys with a base salary of $90,000.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm that offers interesting work, great prospects, a collaborative working environment, and competitive benefits.Hybrid - Employees can work 1 day from home.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
