Facilities Manager
to join its team in
Redmond, WA .
The primary function of the position is to perform duties required to maintain the property in good condition, overseeing the outside service providers and assisting in repairs as required.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, escalators and HVAC systems
Maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
Repair and paint drywall when needed
Repair all doors, locks and levers
Installation of property upgrades, such as retrofitting of light fixtures and decorative items
Oversee outside contractors when on property
Comply with all safety regulations and identify property defects that could pose a safety hazard
Obtain bids and quotes as needed
Assist with the annual budget by providing estimates and recommendations
Work closely with tenants regarding issues and repairs
Qualifications
10 years of experience in construction, engineering, and property operations
Mechanically inclined
Experience in critical system environments
Knowledge of real estate property management
The ability to read and interpret complex tenant leases, real estate-related agreements, and construction documents
