Manage the end-to-end bid process and produce winning proposals. We’re looking for a Bid Manager with a proven track record of success, who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will take full ownership of the written bid and will project manage the end-to-end process, ensuring an excellent, persuasive proposal is created in line with the clients’ deadline. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work extremely closely with both the Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Business Development, as well as all other key stakeholders in the bid process.Responsibilities:

Plan, produce, and deliver professional and persuasive proposals, within customer defined timeframesProject manage the end-to-end bid processUnderstand the competitive landscape and seek to positively differentiate our bid offer in line with the client's requirementsMaintain a network of subject matter experts across international offices to help create and improve content when requiredCoordinate, edit and proof-read written material by subject matter experts into the required tender formatManage the bid library, including collation of case studies and best-practice examples to use in future proposalsSupport the Business Development team with smaller bid presentations as requiredSeek and distribute internal and external feedback to ensure continuous improvementWork with the design team to enhance visual impact of bids, including the production of attachments and creation of presentationsWhen there are no active bids, you will support the Marketing team with the production of the quarterly client update and work with the Client Programme Managers to generate content for their quarterly review presentationsExperience & Skills Required:

Strong Microsoft Office skills and IT literacyExcellent proof-reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail, that results in zero errorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly at a senior levelOutstanding project management skills and experienceHigh level of organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of qualityStrong educational background - degree/professional qualifications preferred3+ years' experience in successful bid submissionsInDesign experience is not required but is a bonusWho we are:
