Trinity Prep’s student body and families reflect the world as they travel from the greater Orlando area and across the nation to take part in the Trinity experience.Position Summary:Trinity Preparatory School of Florida, a coed school for 886 students in Winter Park, Florida, seeks a Director of Speech and Debate. Our program is well funded and supported by the school’s administration, and we have a history of strong, nationally recognized teams across a variety of speech and debate events. Currently, our students travel the national forensics circuit and compete in all events except policy debate in order to qualify for Florida Forensic League, nationals in National Catholic Forensic League and National Speech and Debate Association. The new director will have the opportunity to discuss the viability of membership in three league associations with school administration. This position will remain open until filled.Trinity Prep has a one-to-one laptop program, and students use technology in a variety of ways in every discipline. They integrate electronic textbooks, utilizing Google Docs and Forms for assignments, and employ blended models to ignite teacher-student interaction.
