Associate Director or Director of Enrollment Operations

The Associate Director or Director of Enrollment Operations is responsible for managing, maintaining and updating the Slate CRM system as well as working with other systems such as Jenzabar, PowerFaids and FrontRush to communicate data campus-wide. This position creates new efficient system processes and updates existing processes on an on-going and yearly review basis. This position creates reports, critically thinks through how data is being shown and makes sure data is coded accurately and in a timely fashion. This position also executes the student search program internally and via third party relationships and oversees the Assistant Director of Operations in daily admission application and materials processing.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Manage the Slate CRM system and work with Jenzabar, PowerFaids and FrontRush to ensure data is communicated between systems correctly.

In conjunction with other team members, create procedures and processes designed to support and meet the College’s overall enrollment goals.

Manage the student search program internally and with third party companies.

Implement process efficiencies and communicate new procedures to staff.

Maintain up-to-date reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

At least three years of previous admission experience.

Experience managing the Slate CRM system.

Background knowledge of student search programming.

Background in admission print and email communication flow.
