Our Business Development Team is seeking an onsite or hybrid
International Project Manager.
This position is responsible for the execution of business development activities and programs, including cost, schedule, and performance. The project manager will support the International Business Development team with both new business activities and ensuring the execution of ongoing programs to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
New Business:
Work with the respective international account managers to develop positive ongoing relationships between TrellisWare and end customers in international markets.
Lead/engage with respective internal organizations (engineering, product management, operations, finance, contracts, legal, export compliance) to support the development of international bids and proposals.
Coordinate with internal sales operations, contracts, engineering teams to ensure that forecasted solutions are kept up to date and in line with customer expectations for delivery from TrellisWare.
Work with account managers to ensure that the business forecast is current and accurately reflects the latest information regarding international customers' expectations for TrellisWare deliverables.
Support the overall International BD plan and manage customer engagement activities.
Engage with the marketing team to support the management and delivery of materials for events and trade shows.
Program Execution:
Manage program cost, schedule, and performance requirements through the life-cycle phases of development, implementation, delivery, and sustainment.
Coordinate the preparation and release of program plans, schedules, budgets, and estimates to complete.
Negotiate cost and schedule modifications, develop and write program plans, and assist in the preparation of cost and technical proposals.
Conduct design review activities and meetings, schedule internal meetings and customer presentations as required.
Produce reports and presentations.
Ensure customer satisfaction, set realistic customer expectations, and solve problems.
Maintain a high level of customer service by managing delivery and service failures.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Four-year technical or business degree, or military service/sales track record equivalent.
At least five (5) years overall experience in the field and/or related experience in radio communications or related technology segments.
At least three (3) years of experience working with foreign military customers and end users.
Experience with the security cooperation framework and understanding of the US National Defense Strategy is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat.

Knowledge of export (ITAR, CCL, etc.) related technology control regimes preferred.
Familiarity with military and commercial communication products is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work with various time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak one or more foreign languages is a significant plus.
