Vault is on the hunt for a talented Rostering Coordinator to join our team managing the Healthcare and Corporate sector. The Rostering Coordinator plays a pivotal role in workforce management, engaging with client, operations management, and field team members to ensure an accurate and premium personnel service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ability to master computer-based systems, as well as effective communication and negotiation skills to create win-win-win opportunities for all stakeholders.

After completing the 2-4 week training period, the role is Monday to Friday with a late start on Monday (1pm-5pm) and Tuesday to Friday (10am-7pm), located at our new office in Subiaco with flexible work options available after successful completion of the probation period.Key Responsibilities:
As the Rostering Coordinator your key responsibilities revolve around efficiently managing and coordinating schedules to ensure a smooth operation. The role plays a crucial part in optimizing workforce utilization. Here are the key responsibilities:Provide efficient support to roster changes with minimal disruption to clients and staff.Proactively communicate with staff to ensure key deliverables associated to the roster are met in required timeframes.Provide customer service with effective and positive communication with all stakeholders.Track and utilise performance metrics to effectively plan short term, seasonal, or project focussed workforce fluctuations.Actively collaborate with department leadership to understand needs and requirements of clients and sites, both volume and quality based.Quickly and effectively filling emergency shifts.Administration tasks and compliance.Actively seek opportunities for service improvement with available resources and creative thinking.Candidate Requirements:
Experience in rostering/scheduling, or similar environments (logistics, inventory management) is ESSENTIAL.Strong negotiation and active listening skills to create win-win-win outcomes.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve successful outcomes.Take initiative to anticipate potential issues to proactively address or escalate to ensure risk is mitigated or removed.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively over the phone and face-to-face.High attention to detail.Must be comfortable asking for support.Must be eligible to work in Australia.Why Join Us?
