You will manage and oversee warehousing and distribution operations, including but not limited to, order fulfillment, receiving, and inventory controls. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing processes and procedures to maximize warehouse efficiencies, productivity, training, development, ensuring safety of all employees, and security of the warehouse.Job Duties & Responsibilities

Forecast and analyze daily workload, coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities to ensure adequate staffing and workforce optimization.Drive performance efficiencies and attain established performance metrics through training and development of all associates. Review and analyze warehouse operations data and reports. Track employee performance and attendance; provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring as needed.Manage, supervise, coordinate, and may participate in receiving, storing, packing, inventory verification, and order fulfillment operations.Perform quarterly physical inventory counts.Perform weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.Collaborate with sales, inventory planning, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operational service to the dealers.Develop and implement continuous operational process reviews to improve picking and inventory storage handling efficiencies.Ensure safety and proper operation of all warehouse equipment. Order repairs and replacements as needed to minimize downtime in warehousing operations.Develop and maintain data-driven logs of key warehouse metrics, and record of facilities services, maintenance, and repairs.Specifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.PIT certification is preferred.5-7 years of Warehousing and logistics experience (including order fulfillment, packages and LTL shipments, warehouse product scanning technology, and inventory management).Excel and data analytics experience.Customer Service.Lean Manufacturing (5S).Safety management.Basic mechanical comprehension and repair.
