Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Thrilling Our Clients:Drive processes to improve service and operational costs.Manage reporting related to wins, losses and other relevant data points.Administer client satisfaction surveys for all verticals based on established criteria and facilitate improvement to individuals and teams based on survey results.Drive the process to ensure the creation and accountability of client survey quotes & videos, consistent Measured Added Value Logs and Case Studies.Create and implement a system for direct calls to existing clients to gauge their satisfaction level and participate in making calls to those certain clients.Manage the operational aspects of consistent use of JLL’s project management technology platform.Drive the consistent use of JLL project management templates used by various verticals while helping with initiatives that improve the templates.Growing Our Business:Financial:Interface with the National Business Line Finance team and the PDS National business vertical leads regarding the budget Plan and subsequent Reforecasts throughout the year.Review and understand each vertical’s P&L progress on a monthly basis.Marketing/Research:Interface, as necessary, with the National PDS Sales Enablement team and Research leadership to assist in the development and implementation of an effective marketing, research and communications strategy, while partnering with each vertical lead.Business Planning:Partner with the National Business Line leaders to develop annual priorities and long-term strategic plans.Maintain forward progress of strategies on a quarterly basis.Responsible for establishing standard operating policies and procedures within the PDS enterprise.Oversee continuous improvement initiatives.Participate in and add value to the National Business Line off-site strategic planning sessions.Technology:Collaborate with the National Operations Lead and PM teams to evaluate and provide feedback in gaps of newly integrated technology.Support the adoption of technology tools and systems within the local teams, ensuring proper training and ongoing support.Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and automation within market operations.Occupancy Planning:Lead occupancy planning and manage associated space issues, if applicable.Inspiring Our People:Human Resources:In conjunction with the vertical leads, monitor staffing levels, sharing of resources between teams, and manage hiring program, in conjunction with HR and Recruiting.Partner with HR to manage talent activities, such as talent reviews, growth and development plans, etc.Participate in the nomination and approval process for promotions, and national training program staff recommendations.Manage Operations team members (i.e., Admin Staff), if applicable.Oversee a comprehensive training program leveraging the existing training efforts but also identify other training initiatives working in conjunction with Team One.Culture:Assist in driving a healthy culture fostering trust, collaboration, transparency, recognition, inclusion and fun.Oversee culture events and opportunities.Lead the effort to drive employee engagement efforts that encourage broad professional development, partnering with HR.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.At least 7 years of strong operational experience, with at least 2 of those in a leadership role.Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Exhibit sound judgment, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is critical.Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.A solid understanding of the real estate or construction industry.Must be flexible, detail oriented and personable.Ability to interact and develop relationships with employees and clients across all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and understand how to navigate a matrix-managed organization.Flexible and able to multitask – can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions through demonstrated resourcefulness.Execute any and all other duties and tasks assigned.Estimated total compensation for this position:104,000.00 – 114,400.00 USD per year.Location:On-site – McLean, VA.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
