In Office - Fort Lee, NJSchedule:Monday: 9:00 AM – 6 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM – 7 PMThursday: 9:00 AM – 7 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 6 PMEvery other Saturday of each month: 10 am-1 pmWhenever a client needs assistance or business demands require additional hours.Responsibilities:Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research.Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale.Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers.Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed.Qualifications:Must have 2+ years of phone or call center experience (US real estate background/sales experience is preferred with a proven track record).Able to determine the motivation and pain points of the seller.Has a customer-centric mindset and not just after hitting their numbers.Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value.Professional in attitude and appearance.Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position.Compensation:
