Our ALL IN culture includes a focus on Safety, Wellness, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and giving back to our Communities.ADB is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple ISP cable installation projects from kickoff to closeout within our ADB Technology division. This position is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of people, customer, financial, and risk management for each project. The ideal candidate will have extensive ISP project management experience, a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, and possess a strong work ethic with an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct manager of Site Managers, Technicians, and Sub-Contractors including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, terminations, performance management, compensation, and development.High-level leader with the ability to make challenging business decisions, gain a people following, participate in and drive the company culture, hold others accountable, and manage the outcomes of results.Expertly manages all aspects of large-scale IT projects including customer updates and communication, schedules, budgets, contracts, equipment, vendors, materials, internal team members, and subcontractors.Technical knowledge of ISP operations including equipment used, labor skills needed, ISP fiber installation practices, customer needs, and future market trends.Manages the day-to-day financials of each project; has a full understanding of WIP, JCR, Cost to Completes, Gross Margin, and Revenue.Ability to review and understand ISP construction drawings and specifications.Has full understanding of contract documents, SOW’s, and change orders.Leads and drives the safety expectation on site for both internal and external team members.Master relationship builder to drive proactive communication with stakeholders including partners, vendors, customers, field team members, internal leadership, and subcontractors.Participates and presents in strategic planning meetings, contributes to the division scorecard, ensures goals are met by following the I404 action planning process and having complete buy-in to the ADB Way.Communicates regularly with customers; has presentation and problem-solving skills to be customer-centric.High level of interdependence with division leaders internally, including Human Resource, Recruiting, Fleet, Accounting, Operations, etc.Ability to support a fast-paced, demanding work schedule that could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, etc.Performs other position duties as requested.SUCCESS FACTORS:20% Travel Ability Nationwide.A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation.Alignment with company mission, vision, and values.A high level of customer centricity.Strong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitude.Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members.Ability to perform in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals.Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution-oriented.Strategic and forward-thinking with a high level of professionalism and business acumen.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).WORK ENVIRONMENT:This position operates out of a temperature-controlled environment (corporate headquarters) located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069.When working on site, will be required to wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:7+ years of senior management experience within the technology industry with a Layer I infrastructure background required.2+ years of experience successfully managing a revenue-generating profit center within the technology industry required.Extensive knowledge of infrastructure installation knowledge and best practices required.Bachelor’s Degree in IT Management, Business, or related field preferred.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
