With extensive clinical validation of the effectiveness of our product and significant growth potential, Ceribell is a fantastic career opportunity.Position Description:Ceribell is seeking a HR/People Operations Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the operationalization of People processes and initiatives within the organization. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support, managing employee records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with employee programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive employee experience and building a career in HR or talent management. Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management, compensation changes, internal transfers, and offboarding.HR Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience.Technology Optimization:
Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of HR tools and systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.Employee Engagement & Culture:
Collaborate with the People team to support operationalizing initiatives such as employee engagement and company culture.HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date employee records and assisting with audits.Reporting:
Assist with the aggregation, preparation, and maintenance of HR metrics, reports, and analysis of key performance indicators, such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance metrics.HR Support and Case Management:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, system navigation, and procedures.Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Customer Service.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.Ability to handle issues with a high sense of urgency and service focus, excellent organizational skills, and a level of integrity/discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.Maintains a high level of attention to detail; seeks to learn about and explore a topic from every angle to provide a recommendation and details to solve a problem.At Ceribell, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission.
