The ideal person for the job will be team-oriented, organized, proactive, with exceptional communication and written skills.
This is a hybrid role with flexible in-office hours; at least 3x a week in the office and flexibility to come in for additional days as needed.Objectives of this Role:With a primary responsibility of supporting the COO and CFO, also provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.What You'll DoCalendar management and organizationTake notes on calls/meetings and keep track of follow-ups/action items for COO/CFOProject manage the COO/CFO’s task listManage and coordinate travelPrepare and submit expenses and reimbursementsManage relationships with third party service providers/vendorsCoordinate and manage candidate interviewsOrganize team communications and plan events, both internal and externalProvide support for other members of the executive team and their team membersAssist in ad hoc projects and light personal assistant support, as neededWill report to the Executive Assistant to CEOWill provide back-up coverage/support to the Executive Assistant to CEOWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree requiredAt least 2-4 years Executive Assistant experience supporting a teamHigh level of professionalism, and discretion with confidential informationArticulate, with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills, and detail-oriented, with the ability to organize/prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlinesProficient in G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsFlexible team player, adaptable, and enjoys a challengeDriven, strong interest in self-development, and high integrityAt least two professional references requiredCompensation Range:
