YOUR DAY AS A SUPPLIER BRANCH MANAGER - DISTRIBUTION GENERAL MANAGER
As a Supplier Branch Manager - Distribution General Manager, you play an essential leadership role as you oversee the operation of a busy retail branch and warehouse. Customers come to Reliable Parts first because they know they'll receive quick and helpful service. Since you keep an accurate accounting of our inventory, it's easy for retail customers to purchase the appliance parts they need. You have a knack for building a rapport with customers, and you're happy to resolve any issues that arise.
From the front desk to the warehouse picking area, you keep an eye on things to ensure the work goes smoothly. Luckily, you have a great team of employees who are eager to step up and lend a hand. In return, you offer them the mentorship and training they need to be successful. You have an engaged leadership style, and our crew appreciates your efforts as you process time off requests, oversee payroll, and cultivate a positive work environment.
As someone who excels at seeing the big picture, you also create and implement plans to grow our business. You maintain vendor contracts, create sales forecasts, and develop strategies to improve productivity. COULD YOU BE OUR NEXT SUPPLIER BRANCH MANAGER - DISTRIBUTION GENERAL MANAGER?
We're searching for someone who meets these qualifications:
4+ years of customer service experience
Supervisory experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to complete equipment certification training
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred. Do you have excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others? Can you communicate well with customers and staff? Do you have the ability to lead and motivate a team? Can you maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? If that sounds like you, apply today!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SUPPLIER BRANCH MANAGER - DISTRIBUTION GENERAL MANAGER
This management position has a typical schedule of
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Some
Saturday shifts
and
occasional travel
