Restaurant Associates is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team at the Museum of Fine Arts! In this role, we unite culinary artistry with the MFA’s creative energy, crafting a memorable farm-to-table dining experience. Together, we uphold the highest standards, crafting innovative menus and ensuring detailed kitchen operations that reflect the artistic spirit of the museum. Support the Executive Chef with cost management and budget oversightCollaborate on creative, seasonal menus with the Executive ChefLead food preparation, focusing on exceptional taste and presentationPlan and complete catering events with precision and flairPartner with our marketing and culinary teams to launch new programsMentor and train kitchen staff, encouraging a supportive and inclusive atmosphereMaintain strict standards in food safety, sanitation, and hygienePreferred Qualifications:
