You’ll be responsible for how users discover content in our cross-platform product, ranging from traditional search to hyper-personalized guidance to genAI recommendations. The right candidate is ready to geek out on metadata and content tagging, passionately raise the bar on quality of search results, and cheerfully debate what personalization really means.The ideal candidate is a seasoned product management leader with experience building intelligent and intuitive search experiences. They excel at stakeholder management and enjoy collaborating with many teams and functions. They can think at a systems level, and also like getting in the weeds to understand a complex problem and make data-driven decisions with their team. They bring their genuine selves to work and know how to have fun while working hard.What you’ll doDefine the future of how traditional search and generative AI prompts come togetherOwn search outcomes for content-specific workflows, while also representing for broader search needs across the product with many stakeholdersBe responsible for quality and performance of search results across geographies, audience segments, and content typesInnovate on ways to offer practical AI that “just works” through personalization, recommendations, and intuitive workflowsIdeate on mechanisms to understand what a user needs, and how to present the right content for them in as few steps as possibleShepherd features across the finish line to ship incremental value, learn in-market, and iterate to ensure users discover our amazing contentWhat you’ll need to succeed6+ years of product management experience, but relevant experience is more important than exact number of yearsInherently collaborative and positive, with a strong sense of ownership and empathyWell-versed in technical subject matters, such as content metadata, search ranking, indexingExcellent written and interpersonal skills – equally able to talk to engineers, designers, senior executives, and usersStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and work sustainablyBA/BS preferred OR equivalent practical experience.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
